With a strength of 1.9% 6 vol, it retains current colour and is made for various techniques, such as Colour Melt / Dual Application, refreshing lengths and tips, pastel toning & neutralisation, glossing, darker colours and white blending up to 30%. This activator lotion is suitable for various colour treatments and professional use.
