DPD Pickup Point - Pick up your order at a pickup point near you. As soon as your package is delivered, you'll receive a notification from DPD with all the pickup information. The ideal option if you're not home or prefer to collect your order yourself.

Belgium

DHL Home Delivery - Your order will be delivered quickly and reliably to your home in Belgium. As soon as your package crosses the border, Bpost will take over the delivery for the final delivery. You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is on its way, including a track & trace link to follow your package. Bpost Pickup Point/Locker – Your order will be delivered safely and reliably to a Bpost Service Point or Bpost Locker in Belgium. PostNord Pickup Point - Choose a PostNord Service Point and collect your order at your convenience. As soon as your package has been delivered to your chosen service point, you'll receive a notification from PostNord. This notification allows you to easily collect your order during the collection point's opening hours. Convenient if you're not home or prefer to collect your package yourself at a time that suits you best.

Budbee Home - Easy deliveries to your door from afternoon until 22:00, using only fossil-free and renewable fuels. Choose the date and time, get on-the-minutes updates, and view the live tracking of your delivery. Additional delivery options and returns are also available via the Budbee app or tracking link.

Netherlands

DHL Home Delivery - We ship your package with DHL. DHL delivers Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 9:30 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. As soon as we ship your package, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. If you are not home, the DHL delivery driver will try to deliver to your neighbors or to your agreed-upon location. If that doesn't work, your package will be delivered to a DHL service point, or you can schedule a new delivery yourself using the track and trace code or the DHL app.

DHL Pickup Point – Your order will be delivered safely and quickly to a DHL Service Point or locker near you. Once your package arrives, you'll receive a notification with a track & trace link and all the pickup information. This way, you can pick up your order at your convenience, at a location nearby and during the service point's opening hours, or via the 24/7 locker.

Budbee Locker – Your order will be delivered safely and quickly to a Budbee Locker near you. CTT Home Delivery – Your order will be delivered safely and quickly to your home in Portugal via CTT, Portugal's national postal and parcel service. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a notification with a track & trace link to follow your delivery. This way, you'll know exactly when your order will arrive, directly to your home, hassle-free.

CTT Pickup Point – Your order will be delivered safely and quickly to a CTT Pickup Point near you. Once your package arrives, you'll receive a notification with a track & trace link and all the pickup information. This way, you can pick up your order at your convenience, at a location nearby, and within the pickup point's opening hours.

Spain

Correos Home Delivery – Your order will be delivered safely and quickly to your home in Spain via Correos, Spain's national postal and parcel service. As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive a notification with a track & trace link to follow your delivery. This way, you'll know exactly when your order will arrive, directly to your home and hassle-free.

Correos Pickup Point – Your order will be delivered safely and quickly to a Correos Pickup Point near you. Once your package arrives, you'll receive a notification with a track & trace link and all the pickup information. This way, you can pick up your order at your convenience, at a location nearby, and within the pickup point's opening hours.

Refusal of the package

If the package is refused at the delivery address, as a result of which it is returned to us, we will charge the return costs (6.95 euros). You will be notified of this as soon as we have processed the return shipment.

1. Put the desired product(s) in the shopping cart by clicking on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING CART' button next to the product.
2. In the popup that opens you can choose to continue shopping or go to the shopping cart by pressing the 'ORDER' button.
3. In the shopping cart, you can see which products you've added. You can also adjust the quantity per product here*. Choose gift wrapping if desired.
4. Click on the green 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' button to proceed to the checkout.
5. Then fill in your details and click on the 'NEXT' button.
6. Select a payment method. Click on the 'NEXT' button again.
7. Check your details and order and click on the 'PLACE ORDER' button to confirm the order. You will then be redirected to the payment method selected by you where you can pay for the order.

*We supply products in quantities intended for domestic use. We reserve the right to determine a maximum order quantity based on availability or agreements with a supplier.

eps-Überweisung

The eps-Überweisung is the Austrian banks' simple and secure online payment method for Internet purchases via the familiar online banking system.

Credit card

You can pay with credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Klarna

Pay later for your order (within 30 days) with Klarna. Klarna carries out the complete post-payment process. You can pay later up to an amount of € 300.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive the invoice by e-mail from our partner Klarna. You must then pay this invoice within 30 days.

PayPal

You can also pay with PayPal. Payments are then processed by the PayPal website. You can pay with PayPal up to an amount of € 150.

Bank transfer

You transfer the amount for the purchase to our bank account yourself. Payment processing usually takes 1 to 3 working days. After receiving your payment, we will ship your order.

In the above cases, you pay our payment service provider PAY. Naturally, all data, such as your name and address and payment details, is sent via a secure and encrypted connection.

Deloox Giftcard

You can also pay with our Deloox Giftcard. The Deloox Giftcard is valid for five years from the moment of purchase. You can redeem up to 50 euros worth of Deloox Gift Cards per order, or you can spend the Gift Card in parts. If the total amount exceeds the value of the Giftcard used, the difference has to be paid with one of the other direct payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you return (part of) your order, the refund will be reimbursed in the form of a digital Deloox Giftcard. The Deloox Giftcard itself is excluded from the return policy, so it cannot be returned.

You can enter one gift voucher per order. If you have multiple Deloox gift vouchers, we can merge them for you. In this case, please contact our customer service.

Privacy-sensitive data or personal data is processed through our webshop. Deloox B.V. considers a careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully and securely processed by us.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we do not allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services and IP addresses are anonymised. The retention period for visitors and events in Google Analytics is 26 months after the last activity of the visitor.

Personalized advertisements

We, our advertising networks and media agencies can show you advertisements on Deloox.com and other websites. This is done on the basis of your previous visits to our websites and the websites of third parties. Your surfing, searching and purchasing behavior is collected on the basis of cookie techniques, your IP address and the advertisement number that is linked to the device with which you surf. We only do this if you have given permission for the placing of cookies. A limited retention period applies to cookies and that period differs per cookie.

We also engage other external service providers to help with various things. Sometimes they also need personal data for this. We only share the data that is necessary for the assignment that the external service provider carries out for us. We do not sell your information to these service providers or other third parties. And we conclude agreements with all external service providers in which we agree on what they can do with the data.

The types of work that our external service providers perform for us are:

Shop reviews

Deloox invites every customer to write a review on Trustpilot once. Trustpilot has tools that allow consumers and businesses to report reviews that violate their guidelines. Anyone who notices fraudulent behaviour can contact them. You can find more information about Trustpilot's review policy here.

Product reviews

Customers can only write a review about products they have actually purchased from us. Four weeks after delivery, we invite the buyer to review the purchased product. The order number and the customer’s email address are automatically linked to the review so we can be sure the reviews are written by actual buyers.

The reviews are never directly published. The origin and content are first checked manually. A negative experience is not a reason for us to reject the review. If the review meets the requirements, it is published.

The review is not published when:

• The review does not describe how the product was experienced
• The review contains harmful and/or illegal content such as hate speech or discrimination, threats or violence, obscenity or slander
• The review contains commercial content or has a commercial purpose. We do not work with sponsored reviews

If the texts on our website are not legible, then you probably have an outdated screen and/or a low resolution. In that case, you can increase the readability by choosing "Extra contrast" below.

Do you want to return one or more products? Which can! We use a withdrawal period of 90 days. This period starts after you have received your order. As long as we can resell the product (in the original and untouched packaging), you will simply get the full purchase price back.

Use your right of withdrawal / return

If you indicate that you want to make use of your right of withdrawal and want to return an item to us, you have 14 days from that moment to return the item to us.

Tips:

• Do not have an account? Please contact our customer service for the return instructions.
• Keep your proof of shipment. This allows us to trace the return shipment if something goes wrong.
• Are you returning multiple items? Then it is possible to put everything in 1 box, even if it concerns several orders. Do put every return form in the box.
• You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending the European model withdrawal form or another clearly formulated statement to our customer service.

Excluded from right of withdrawal / return

Sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery may not be returned.

Business orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Consequences of using your right of withdrawal / return

In the event that you return all items from your order, we will refund the complete order amount, including the paid shipping costs. The direct costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. If you return part of your order, we will only refund you the items you return to us. After receipt and assessment of the return shipment, we will refund the amount to be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the moment you have notified us of the withdrawal. We will refund this amount to you via the payment method you used to pay your order.

Does the product have visible signs of use, has it not been carefully packaged, causing the product to be damaged, is the product incomplete, is the packaging / sealing damaged or missing (part of) the packaging / sealing? Then the depreciation can go up to 100%. As a consumer you are liable for the depreciation of the product if this is a result of the way of handling the product that goes beyond what is necessary. The amount of the depreciation depends on whether we can still sell the product again or not. As a webshop we may charge this depreciation.

Product delivered defective

Is the product ordered by you defective, damaged, spoiled or incomplete? Please contact our customer service and, if possible, attach a photo of the received product by e-mail. A defective product received may then be returned to us.

Warranty conditions

The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. You can claim the legal warranty up to 2 years after delivery of the product. In addition to the legal warranty, the manufacturer's warranty applies to certain items. A manufacturer's warranty is an additional warranty provided by the manufacturer. If this is the case, you will find this in the documentation for the product.

In the event of a defective product, we will offer you to replace or repair (if possible) the product free of charge. If replacement or repair is not possible, it can be decided, after consultation with our customer service, to lower the price of the product or to dissolve the purchase agreement.

If you discover a defect and want to make a claim under the warranty, you must report this to our customer service within 2 months of discovery.

No defect?

If you have returned a product for warranty and we find no defect, we will send the product back to you and charge the return costs (6.95 euros).
