Schwarzkopf Igora Royal Developer is a new conditioner optimised for use with Igora Royal colourings.It comes in four strengths: 3% for dark colours and for the 100% coverage of white hair. 6% for tone-on-tone colours and coverage of white hair. 9% for lifting 2-3 levels (3-4 levels with the Special Blondes) and white hair coverage with the Absolutes. 12% for lifting up to 5 levels and for colouring with the Fashion Lights.
