This blonde powder is suitable for all hair types and can lighten hair up to 9 levels. Among other things, it can help with anti-hair breakage, helping to maintain strong and healthy hair while blonding.

Among other things, the formula contains the Bond Protection System and Anti-Metal Bond Protection. This helps protect and strengthen the hair structure during the process. In addition, it contains Anti-Yellow ingredients, which help reduce unwanted yellow tones for bright blonde colour.

Instructions

Mix BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ with BLONDME Premium Developer (2% | 7 Vol., 6% | 20 Vol. for use on or outside the scalp, or 9% | 30 Vol. for use outside the scalp only) until a smooth cream consistency is achieved, with a mixing ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.5.

Apply the mixture immediately to dry hair. Do not wash the hair beforehand. Even distribution ensures optimal levelling. Avoid overlapping on previously lifted hair. Leave on for 20-45 minutes without artificial heat such as steamers or dryer caps. After the soaking time, rinse thoroughly, shampoo the hair and condition with BLONDME Care.

Note: The use of additional bonding systems may affect performance. Use new Lighteners only with new Developers and the updated Bleach & Tone Formulas. Mixing old and new formulas is not recommended
