Oscar de la Renta Oscar was launched in 1977. It was fashion designer Oscar de la Renta's first perfume. The perfume was designed by perfumer Jean-Louis Sieuzac and the bottle was designed by Serge Mansau. Oscar de la Renta Oscar is a sophisticated, oriental and floral fragrance. The top notes are orange blossom, basil, coriander, galbanum, peach and gardenia. The heart consists of ylang-ylang, jasmine, tuberose, rose, rosemary, cyclamen, lavender and orchid. The base is formed by opoponax, carnation, patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver, lavender and amber. The fragrance comes out best in the evening.
