Horizon by Davidoff was launched in 2016. The woody spicy fragrance for men symbolises the connection between earth and sky and was inspired by the forces of nature. It represents freedom, adventure and discovery. Notes of grapefruit, rosemary, mandarin and ginger open the fragrance and progress to the heart composed of patchouli, cedar, nutmeg, pepper and sesame seed. The whole rests on a base of vetiver and cocoa pod. Noses behind this fragrance are Olivier Pescheux and Jacques Huclier. The television campaign was reportedly filmed by director Arnaud Uyttenhove during real sandstorms and extreme heat, it follows the Horizon man's journey as he climbs a mountain. Italian model Simone Bredariol represents the role of Horizon man in the campaign.
