The complex composition opens with notes of pineapple, quince, blackcurrant, lily, melon, lemon, lotus and calone. The heart of the fragrance is formed by honey, lighthorn, jasmine, water lily, lily of the valley, lotus and rose. A mix of notes including blackberry, violet root, sandalwood, musk, raspberry, vanilla, peach and vetiver come together in the base of Cool Water Woman.
