L’Aimant is François Coty’s very first fragrance. L’Aimant means ‘magnet’ in French. The composition is elegant and refined, featuring a classic blend of flowers. The fragrance opens with top notes of bergamot, neroli, peach and aldehydes. The heart notes consist of geranium, rose, orchid, jasmine and ylang-ylang. Vetiver, musk, vanilla, sandalwood, tonka bean and cedar form the base. L’Aimant was launched by Coty in 1927.
