Splendor was launched by Elizabeth Arden's perfume house in 1998. Translated from English, it means glory, splendour. The perfume is classified as a sophisticated, oriental, floral fragrance. This feminine fragrance opens with a blend of hyacinth, peony, freesia, pineapple, bergamot, apple and sweet pea. These transition into a floral heart with lovely lily, jasmine, magnolia and orchid. Different kinds of roses including tea rose and poppy add to the romance. The base is warm and sensual with cedarwood, musk, sandalwood, Brazilian rosewood and amber. It is recommended to wear Elizabeth Arden Splendor in the evening.
